Habitat for Humanity International offers a program where you can donate almost any type of car, truck, motorcycle, boat, recreational vehicles, or farm/construction equipment to Habitat. They sell the vehicle whole or for parts and a portion of the proceeds comes back to our chapter when you designate us during the donation process. Visit the Cars for Homes website for more information.
We are glad to accept gift cards to any local grocery or convenience store so we can purchase bottled water and pre-packaged snacks for our volunteers at the job site.  You can mail us the gift cards or coordinate a drop off time by emailing habitatotsego@gmail.com.  On occasion we also accept donations of lunches for our workers on Saturdays. Donations can be sandwich fixings, pizza, family-style dishes, etc. Please reach out to us if you or your organization is interested in providing lunch.
Our chapter of Habitat for Humanity does not operate a ReStore.  We are occasionally able to use donated items, but can’t store large quantities of extra building supplies or home finishes. Please email us at habitatotsego@gmail.com with information about any materials/items you think we may be interested in and we will be happy to discuss with you.
